Midnight Carnival is an intuitive abstract painting alive with vivid color, playful forms, and layered mark-making.

Bright oranges, reds, pinks, and yellows move against deep blues and darker passages, creating the feel of a strange celebration unfolding after dark.

Small organic and illustrative forms appear throughout the piece like characters, lights, and fragments of a dream, giving the painting a sense of movement, curiosity, and joyful unpredictability.
