Scythian is an intuitive abstract painting that explores the mysterious space between the botanical and the otherworldly. Against a deep blue underlayer, intricate organic forms emerge in a richly layered world of color, texture, and movement. Delicate markings, cellular patterns, and unusual pod-like structures suggest an imagined ecosystem, somewhere between an ancient underwater garden and the flora of another planet.

There is a sense of discovery within the painting, as though each small detail reveals another living form waiting to be noticed. Both familiar and strange, Scythian invites the viewer into a world where nature, imagination, and mystery intertwine.
